The heated pool area provided a pleasant escape after a long day. I appreciated the effort of staff trying to address issues, which gave a hint of good customer service. The cozy outdoor lounge area added a lovely touch for unwinding in the evenings.

It was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. Location: the property was short walk to outlets and different areas and the center of the city. Went to The Concho Pearl for drink or two, set at walking distance from the hotel.

Ensure you request towels promptly upon arrival since they may not be readily available, and check for any broken amenities.

Cozy King Room, nice pool area, useful room amenities

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, finding the room to be spacious enough for all of us. The pool area was a hit with the family, and we appreciated the cute inner courtyard for fun BBQ evenings together.

My wife says that rooms could use better cleaning.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy King Room and the heated pool that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The outdoor lounge area was also a nice touch for unwinding. Just be mindful that the WiFi could be a bit slow at times but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Customer service was surprisingly decent with the front desk trying to help with issues and the air conditioning was adjusted quickly. Location was okay since it's close to downtown, made it easy to get around the area!

If you're looking to grab a bite, don't miss Big Burger just down the road-it's the real deal with burgers that make your mouth water. And how about Joe's Italian Restaurant? Their pasta is a slice of heaven! On top of that, the front desk was helpful at least. Even if the place itself wasn't up to par, you could always count on a crew that knows how to assist!

But oh boy, talk about a rough stay. The room smelled awful and bugs were uninvited guests. Filthy furniture and no amenities-just a lonely bag of flaming hot cheetos in the vending machine. Water pouring through the ceiling reminded me of a third-rate comedy sketch. It was a mess that left us scrambling for better digs.

It was just a fine choice for a short stint in San Angelo with very nice value for money. Found the sheets a bit worn, but the bed was surprisingly comfy after a long day. Make sure to check in early, or you might miss the few available amenities.

This place is new and the rooms are really spacious. the staff here are super friendly and nice 😊.
